Here's why I decided to start a podcast while teaching abroad.
So the reason I started a podcast was to give me the chance to sit down with people I know personally who are living and working abroad, and talk deeper about things we've probably touched on in conversation, in a more formal setting to share some specifics for other people who may be considering going (or who are already working) abroad.
And it's for myself in that I get to hear their decision-making process for coming, staying, switching things up, etc. so I can learn and share some lessons in this experience of being foreign and improve my own outlook/life here far away from home.
This also gives me the chance to share some of my stories from living and traveling in a conversational manner that I think is much more natural than me sort of storytelling or writing on my blog.
I can share my journey.
